When you get in touch

When you submit an inquiry, Root & Room stores the contact details, location, project notes, and photos you choose to share. These are used to respond to you and discuss services. Photos and inquiry records are available only to authorized administrators. Supabase provides database, authentication, and private file storage. Resend processes transactional email; optional owner text alerts use Twilio when connected. Please share only information relevant to your project.

Website hosting

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to provide and secure the site. Owner sign-in uses essential session cookies. We have not added advertising trackers or a newsletter subscription.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared by emailing meagan.brock.peterson@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for service, accounting, or legal obligations.
